hi all, u may be confused about the reason why we decided to drop the idea of selling food. let me tell you why,

1) we calculated the cost price of the whole food project, and there are too much risk for us to do the project. see, if we manage to come out with eg $1000 and wad we can sell is only $500, we might as well donate the money we come out with to the school directly.

2) and due to some SERIOUS problems with the people who initiated the idea of selling hot and cold desserts, we think its seriously not possible to continue with all these work and waste everyone time. pls do not blame us for that, we all know that everyone is very enthu about making the food and stuff.

3) the alternative was to sell the ice shavings, aka snobiz, in the college, as it has low cost and guaranteed high profits. but due to all the time we wasted trying to do point 2, we lost our only chance to sell it to another class who got the BOSS of the company to come down and help them sell.

4) so with no other options left, we decided to turn to providing services (picture taking) and selling other stuffs (balloons) to make up for the food stall. mdm ester leow agreed to that. we thought this will be the best choice cos balloons are cheap and stupid children love balloons. and to take pictures and edit them, its jus human work. its only the ink and the paper that we have to buy. so the cost is still comparatively low. we can also provide props for them. the best part of these is that we are a mobile stall. we can jus walk around the whole sch, getting business and also stay together as a class at the games stall. thats what fun-o-rama's supposed to do. bond us together. so after serious consideration we have came out with this plan.

5) mr joogal has also given us another opportunity to sell food, we considered it and decided that its still better to do services as there are low risk of us not being able to sell finish our food. its either we use polaroids or digital prints. so shud be fine.

so now wad u need to do, is to search for places for cheap polaroids papers, or cheap ink and printers for the photoprinting(we can either get the pic straight from the polaroid cam or use a digital cam, transfer to a laptop and print out.) ya. and for the balloons. pls help to search for places for us to buy them in bulk. pls.. we really need to work as a class now cos there's really too little time for all of these to be done!!
